The Remy Apartments

We have lived here for 15 months and couldn’t say better things. The leasing staff is amazing (shoutout Juan). We are relocating due to work but we have loved living here. So peaceful, calm and we haven’t had any need for maintenance or issues which is rare! The package system in the beginning was sometimes lagging but now I find it to be way better. Highly recommend!

Juan was amazing throughout our apartment search and move-in process! He made the tour informative and stress-free, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to help us settle in. Even after we moved in, he continued to be a great resource. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference!

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the initial tour to settling in, Juan has been incredibly helpful, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and kindness. His courteous service made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself is beautiful, peaceful, and truly feels like home. The atmosphere is both welcoming and calming, making it a wonderful place to live. So far, everything has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here!

I lived at the Remy for 18 months and it is by far and away the nicest apartment I have ever rented.   The entire staff is great and friendly!   Matthew and Juan have been so helpful my entire time from the first day I moved in.  I would highly recommend the Remy to anyone looking for an apartment in Plantation.

Just moved in recently. While there are a handful of luxury rental communities in Plantation to choose from, all with similar features when it comes to the units, amenities, etc., what distinguished The Remy was the customer service I experienced during the application/move-in process. Juan & Matt were outstanding; they were responsive, informative and welcoming. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for some of the other communities nearby. For me, that made all the difference. Big thanks to Juan & Matt -- they are a real asset to the management company.

I just moved into The Remy Apartments, and I want to give a shoutout to Juan in the lease office. He welcomed us and was super helpful throughout the entire moving process. Juan answered all our questions and made everything so much easier. His friendly attitude really made a difference during a stressful time.

My husband and I moved here about 14 months ago. While every other glowing review is very much true about one of the management team members, Juan, there a few things about The Remy that have made our time here less than pleasant that I wish I would've known before signing. 1. The building is very much NOT soundproofed. In any capacity. We can hear our upstairs, downstairs, next door, and even across the hall neighbors as clear as day. We have unfortunately had some issues with our upstairs neighbors stomping around almost every single day for hours on end, most times well into the night. This not only keeps us awake but disrupts any relaxation we hope to achieve in our home. We have spoken to other management members multiple times with no resolution, her last advice being to call security and file a noise complaint. However, when we do so, we either never get a call back, get a call back hours after leaving a message, or speak with someone with no follow-up and no resolution of the noise. We wouldn't have resigned our lease if we knew this would be a continuing issue and highly advise future renters to consider their preference for peace & quiet before signing.
2. We pay $20 per month for "valet trash". There is no valet trash - residents are required to walk their trash to the chute (one per floor) or downstairs to the dumpsters.
3. The package system could use some work. You must get emailed a code to access your packages once delivered and 9/10 times it lags 1-2 days. Of course, anyone at the leasing office (most of the time, Juan) is always more than happy to access the lockers/package room if something was delivered but haven't gotten a code yet, but I would rather have the package delivered straight to my door or use a third party system like Fetch.
While the apartment complex is beautiful and amenities enticing, I do think you pay for more than what you get. This sounds like a highly negative review for 4-stars, but the central location, constant upkeep, and overall safety of the complex/surrounding area are the redeeming qualities of The Remy.

Moved here not too long ago, about 3 weeks. I think I can give my first month impressions of this place.
The building itself is beautiful, the amenities are very nice. The location is amazing, literally less than 1 minute walk to Publix.
Neighbors here are really nice, and it's very peaceful and quiet here, just what I was looking for.
The building is maintained very good. The people are really nice and polite as well.
All of these things are really nice, everything that you want and need in the place you call home, but these are not even the best part about this place.
The cherry on the top here would have to be Mr. Juan Guerrero.
If you've been watching most of the reviews here, you would probably see that name a lot. And there's a damn good reason why.
Juan has been taking care of us since the beginning even before we actually moved. Every time we came back to ask questions about the place (we came like 3-4 times), he always hosted us with a big smile, answered every single one of our questions (and we've had A LOT), he was super transparent with us through the whole time.
At some point we even felt bad that we keep coming and asking so many questions, but he always made us feel more than welcomed.
We don't see him as a "Lease office worker", we honestly see Juan as a good neighbor, as a friend, and you can really see that he truly loves what he does. He makes everyone feel at home, and it's just so nice being around him.
The place is not cheap. Even with all the amenities and the beautiful building design and the great location and that's what held us back for so long before coming here.
But Juan just makes it worth it.
Please give Juan a raise, because he is "The Remy"

5 stars only for Juan. Ive been to 3 apartments and he was so kind and inviting all the other apartments lease consultants were not like him!  I really hope his manager sees this and give him a raise!!!

Great experience during the year I spent at The Remy.  The quality of the units is high and the location is excellent.  Matt, Juan, and Tatiana are all attentive and helpful, and the building is very well maintained.  Highly recommended.
