I was in the process of relocating to FL from the DC area, as you can imagine it's a process. I have been working with Juan for over a year and finally things fell into place, and I signed a lease in November. I can't say enough great things about Juan! He is so professional and really cares, every time I was in town and wanted to look at units, he made himself available and took his time with me no matter how many times I came back to look at the property. When I signed my lease Juan was such a pleasure to work with and made the process so much smoother and took every action to make sure i was happy. Juan went above and beyond to help me and welcome me to the Remy. When I think of Juan, I think of exceptional customer service he is a true role model in his role. Thank you so much Juan for all your help and getting me settled in!

I recently had the pleasure of rent an apartment at The Remy. From the moment I arrived every aspect of my rental application exceed me my expectations.
The apartment is modern, impeccably clean and well-maintained.
What truly sets The Remy apartments apart, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Especially Mr. Juan Guerrero from the leasing office was professional and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.
Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and with the genuine commitment.

We love The Remy! Not only is the apartment complex beautiful, but the leasing team is top-tier as well. Juan has been incredibly helpful and allowed our apartment search to feel fun and as simple as possible. From our tour to receiving our keys, we always felt tended to and valued. We are so happy we chose The Remy as our new home.

Recently moved in, it's really a beautiful complex. They really take care of the place and the location is great. Juan in the leasing office is the man, he will help make the process smooth and can answer any questions.

The Remy is an awesome apartment complex. The facility is immaculate and all the amenities are new. I worked with Juan Guerrero who is a wonderful person to work with.  Anyone who is looking for an apartment will not be disappointed here.

This is my first time in a community rental and so far the experience with The Remy has surpassed my expectations. The people at the lease office were very kind and open to help. Everything is clean and in perfect shape.
