SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, Do not rent here, I saw the reviews and said to myself I'll take the chance because when I toured the units were nice and the price seemed affordable. I was approved for my unit, but they gave it away to someone else in less than 24hrs and refused to refund me my application and admin fees. Tried to dispute it with the bank and they lied and said that my information was not submitted in time. They tried to offer another unit but why would I accept after experiencing terrible service for 2 weeks ?!? In addition, the unit that I requested was the last 1st floor option, which I specifically requested because I have a newborn baby. I ended up having to place all of my things in storage and spend 2 weeks in a hotel looking for a new place because they gave away the unit the day I was supposed to be out of my other apartment.

Do not move here, this place is a scam. I have been living in Florida for a year and a half now. I found these apartments on Zillow back in April of 2023. I am originally from Georgia. I been renting my one bedroom apartment for 1845 and my lease is up April 14th. Now when I first got my key I payed nearly 4000 and was told that is would cover 1st, last, and security 1300 and whatever left over will go towards the remainder of the months ahead. Now, I’m expecting to not pay last month’s rent as I have already given it when I initially got the apartment. Now last month, the woman at the front has been calling me asking me to renew my lease. I let her know I can’t afford the new lease term amount and she said she would try to get me a better offer. So she called last week stating she had a better offer which went from 1975 to 1875. They only took 100 dollars off the offer. I told her no I can’t afford that still. She then proceeded to tell me to email a letter saying I will be vacating. I told her that’s fine and asked about last month’s rent being covered. She then says first I didn’t pay last month’s rent and that they put it towards the 2nd month of me renting. Ok to my knowledge I was told that I needed to pay first, last, and security to move in. She then proceeded to say well you’re not getting your last month months rent back because we didn’t charge you for that. And since you are renewing after 60 days they will charge you an extra month. Now I’m getting upset because I feel scammed. You guys gave me a offer which I didn’t want and u gave me another 2 weeks later I still didn’t want so how am I going to send you a 60 day in advance letter if I just got the updated offer which helped me make my final decision just recently. They didn’t say anything about the 60 days when they called to renew my lease. Living should be easy and simple. These apartments have made my life so hard since I moved here from my oven not working for month, to them putting a roach infested oven in my apartment, everything falling apart, the dishwasher and kitchen sink constantly flooding. WARNING stay far away from these apartments. I Do Not Recommend! And yes I still live here and can not wait to move!

Hello Briana. I'd like to address the concerns you raised.  According to both your lease and the renewal proposal, you are aware that a 60-day written notice is required before moving out.Contrary to what you mentioned, no one charged you INP and I am here to assure you that no one will charge you INP. Just please provide us with a handwritten and signed Notice to Vacate (NTV) this week, indicating your departure.  Regarding your claim of paying for the first and last months, it's important to note that you actually paid two months' rent in advance, as agreed upon prior to your move, for reasons I will not detail here. And you agreed to it. The next payment made by you, beside the move in date payment, was on 6/30 for the month of July, indicating that the funds you provided at your move in date covered April, May, and June.  So we are not sure where the claim come from now that you have paid for the last month?Furthermore, the deposit you mentioned as $1845 was actually much lower than that and you should know that, if not- please check your lease.Thank you for your stay at our property, despite false claims made here by you that are not substantiated.

This place is a scam we broke our lease my husband got attacked by a pitbull and they didnt even care to do anything about it and the dogs werent even on the renters lease, then one night we got our car stolen this place is horror. I got my friends and family to move here and we all broke our leases and left. You get marijuana smells and weird chemicals in your apartment i had to leave cause i have a baby.Everynight theres drug deals outside and theres no secuirty! I had cameras everywhere cause i was so scared i have so many videos of homeless walking naked and people running and opening doors. please be careful moving here everyone regrets it. Parking is horrible and theres rats everywhere i even had a dead rat by my front door once. I wish the owners would of done better but this place got so bad!!

I can’t wait to move out of this place!!! I’m tired of paying high rent and not having an AC working! It’s ridiculous!!!!
Also, you pay for having washer and dryer, you pay for trash pickup, roaches are everywhere and all they do is pretend that everything it’s fixed. It’s a waste of money and increase of stress. Terrible 😡😡😡

My boyfriend lives here and has had the  ...
My boyfriend lives here and has had the worse experience. This is the 11th time his ac has not worked and they come and just cover the problem for a good 24 hours if we are lucky. They are no help. If you love rats as well, this is the place to be. Parking sucks, someone pulling out hit my car prob trying to get out of thier spot. And they tow right away. I’d rather not visit him than deal with all the issues. Coming home should be comfortable, it’s not at The villages.
