The Villas at Wyndham Lakes Apartments

Living here has been a great experience for me and my kids! It’s a safe and welcoming place for families, and the staff is absolutely amazing—always helpful, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend!

I regret my time living here. I don't recommend these apartments as new management took over. Your lease is locked so they get you there. The units are poorly maintained and even if they fix it, you will have another issue. The landscaping is in terrible shape, and it's clear the complex doesn't prioritize upkeep. The gates are always damaged, compromising security. No control on people cleaning up after their dogs. The trash area is consistently filthy, adding to the overall lack of care. I would not recommend living here.

This was a beautiful property and Amber was amazing throughout the whole process. She provided an excellent tour of the facilities and I enjoyed everything the Villas had to offer. Would highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a quiet area in a beautiful location.

The Villas at Wyndham Lakes Apartments is  a WONDERFUL place to call home. From the very first day I contacted the rental office, I was greeted by the most friendliest voice, I could have hoped for. That voice was Mandy. She took charge, to make sure my experience was smooth and to my satisfaction.  I also had the pleasure with working with most of the staff... Everyone was very friendly and professional. I love my unit. It's spacious, clean, and modern. The grounds are kept meticulously, the community is gated, quite, families are diverse, and it feels safe. I've lived here for almost three months, and for the exception of a couple of things we are working on correcting, I give the community 4+ Stars. Thank you, Wyndham Lakes!!

Amber is literally one of the sweetest young ladies I have ever met in my life :)  she was very helpful and made you feel very welcoming as soon as you walked inside of the leasing office . She truly helps and will make you feel at home :)

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY! This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental community. They do not care about anyone but themselves and want to take as much money as they can from you. Definitely not luxury living. They will tell you everything you want to hear in order for you to sign the lease and move in. They took over 1 month to fix my dryer. They kept telling me for weeks they were waiting for the part needed for my dryer and after I constantly complained and bothered them, they fixed it with a different piece which they could've done from the start. The communication is horrible. They are fake and scammers. It would be better to live at trash mountain then this community. Absolute garage leasing company and employees. By the way, all the positive reviews are because they will ask new clients to write a positive review in order to receive something in return. I know this because when I first moved in, I left a positive review as well.

This review pertains specifically to Joey and not my experience living here for years! Joey  came to my apartment and his customer service was excellent! He was polite, quick, and explained what he was there to accomplish. Thanks so much Joey! Keep up the good work.

They raised rent after the first year. I paid to have my appointment cleaned their recommended cleaner person but I was still charged for the cleaning.
