The Villas at Wyndham Lakes Apartments

I’ve lived here with my wife for a few years, just the two of us. I live in building 2 and the other day went to park my car some place else as I was cleaning out my house. I parked in a spot by building 1. Everything was fine until a lady who lives in building 1 came up to me, as I was going to my car to move a few things out of it. said I parked in her spot. I was shocked because as long as I’ve live here there is no assigned parking, which is what I told her she then said again that’s her spot. It was tense so I just shut my car door and went back to my place. When I returned later that night to get my car the lady parked her car a white sedan (plate HCK***) OVER the line and directly under my car, it was clearly on purpose! I am an older gentleman so I’m not in a position to argue as it is bad for me. I have learned since that this woman Double parks into two spaces all the time!
I wrote this to say the office has gotten so lax and no longer cares for the safety of its residents and who lives here! At least enforce the rules of the community. The office staff has changed, this is making me nervous. Im letting my son wrote this for me!

The moving experience has exceeded my expectations. Rigo was such a light and has been so kind and helpful. We truly appreciate how smooth everything has been and are looking forward to the stay in our new home.

The Better Business Bureau calls the Connor Group "predatory" for a reason. Look it up. Do NOT move here if you have a disability!
You'll be promised that your special needs will be respected and accomodated, and it will all have been a lie just to close a sale. They really don't care who they hurt.
This community and the group who runs it are the epitome of ableism.
"God forbid anything should happen, all you'll need is a doctor's note and we can easily terminate the lease for you."
"Oh, we never said that!"
I now see I'm not the only resident who has been forced to seek help from lawyers regarding the extremely unsafe situation I have been put in. Sounds about right.
Since August of 2023, nobody here seems to feel safe- disabled or not.
Melissa and Yasmine truly deserve Oscar nominations. And that is the nicest thing I can say about them.
And after everything they've already put me and my parents through, it's only just gotten worse. So much worse. Details to follow, as soon as I'm physically capable. It's actually kind of a miracle I'm even still alive.
But the NERVE to now threaten to tow my car while it's parked in my own driveway!?
