Does this place conduct inspection ? My mother in laws house is disgusting and extremely neglected !

Excellent location

Worst complex in whole Kendall , the association have a deal with the towing company, they have a snitch that lives here . They took my sister’s car 4 times, she was parking at the guest spot with the guest sticker and they took it anyways. Don’t rent here if you have more that 2 cars .

Well-kept place with low monthly membership fees and well-built townhouses painted and with new roofs

I swear I can’t give you guys a 0 because I’m not allow too. Do not move here!! Avoid it all the cost. If you don’t want to pay to get your car back when you park it in a visitor with your visitor pass that make you pay for it and you still can’t use it. I’m filling a law suit. This is not right.
