I can't say enough positive things about living at Brickell Vista! I spent 5 great years there. Luis and the whole management here is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and they genuinely care about the residents. Francynet is also always available for any questions you may have and the rest of the maintenance team is friendly and responsive. Also, they take great care of your packages so you'll never have to worry about losing or missing something valuable. The property is always impeccably maintained and the common areas are always clean. The parking garage is a little tight to navigate so I would be careful if you have a really large truck but it's directly inside the building which is convenient if you want to step out to get groceries without getting rained on.
Staff are usually seen going around touching up paint on the walls of the hallways, which are well lit and kept cool. You're right down the street from Calle Ocho or Brickell City Center so there's always a party nearby or restaurant to go to. If you work downtown you can get there in 10 minutes flat in a car, which is great for working professionals especially since the traffic seems to be getting worse every year as more people move here.
It’s clear that the management/maintenance team takes pride in keeping the place in tip-top shape and they're doing a great job of it. Living at Brickell Vista was truly a pleasure and the views were fantastic from my balcony - unobstructed views that swept from the city skyline skyscrapers on the left to the treetops of Coral Gables on the right. I made a lot of great memories there, but I ended up having to say goodbye so I could move closer to my family down south. Either way, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and secure place to call home. A home that is close to the bustling center of our great city of Miami.
