Although my experience with the owner of the apartment I rented was excellent. I couldn't say the same about the administration (office and cleaning service)
When you call about some issue or inconvenience you will never be lucky enough to be attended to.
If they cut off your water, you should be grateful that I have your email, well scheduled, which was not my case.
I lived there for two very well fulfilled contracts on my part and from whom I rented.
If you buy furniture, even one for the television. You have to pay $200 for the elevator. Plus 200 to move in and 200 to leave.
And every time you want to bring a piece of furniture into your house!
I only dipped into the pool once. It had every smell except chlorinated water!
And it goes without saying that the carpets on the 4th floor were very rarely vacuumed!
And the cleaning staff is more aware of other people's lives than their own!
Full of cockroaches.
On the floor where I was there is a garbage pile. And they can't do anything. There is no choice but to live with the emergency doors open even during hurricane season. But I repeat, the owner of my apartment is very kind.

Beautiful condo with easy access to schools, shopping and restaurants.  Love living here. Love that property management truly cares about the residents and building.  A wonderful and safe place to live.

Guest parking is completely unconvention ...
Guest parking is completely unconventional. Once inside the guest parking lot, there is no way for anyone to simply open the door from their apartment, there are no doors/gates to exit the parking lot, for to reach the front entrance door.
Intercon doesn't work.
Literally, someone has to come down from the confort of their apartment to open the doors for you. Fully disappointed.
