Guest parking is completely unconventional. Once inside the guest parking lot, there is no way for anyone to simply open the door from their apartment, there are no doors/gates to exit the parking lot, for to reach the front entrance door.
Intercon doesn't work.
Literally, someone has to come down from the confort of their apartment to open the doors for you. Fully disappointed.

Management is very nice. God bless her!  Nice people in the building.  Generally very quiet. Huge roach manifestation. I have seen roaches even in the shower, closets, lobby, hallways,  parking and sauna.  They are working on it but I am sure it will take time.
