Lived here for 3 years and there are multiple car break ins, we’ve had 4 HOA companies, all gym equipment has been broken since we’ve moved in with the exception of 1 elliptical, and there’s no exterior building maintenance. There’s constantly people coming to raid the trash bins. Everyone fights for parking. Last month someone stole my license plate. Rent has increased rapidly because independent owners are putting in new cabinets and trying to rent out units for over 2300 as “luxury” condos. It’s at most worth 1900 in my opinion, don’t let them drive up the market.

I love this place , moved in around one ...
I love this place , moved in around one month. Except to moisture, I had a nose problem. Everything is good. Rent is a little high too😅
