Here's a draft review: We had an amazing stay at this hotel apartment! The views from our room were simply stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even storing our luggage for us after check-out so we could explore the city without any hassle. The service was top-notch and friendly, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay with fantastic views and excellent service. 5 stars and can't wait to come back!

They have displayed several housing violations including entered units without 24 hours of notice. Also recording the inside of a tenant unit without permission. Never repairing nor fixing anything when requested and or asked, down playing it as if it’s not their problem. Also know your rights as an individual renting as a tenant when the property receives government funding they fall in the HUD and tax credit poverty guidelines in which they don’t want anyone to know about. Yes, they accept vouchers but keep in mind if your white or black your rent rates are more than the Spanish tenants on the property.
They management team are very rude and will speak Spanish in front of you so you won’t understand what they are saying. Which is very rude and unprofessional.

The woman in the office was nice but the man Raul I believe is his name was very nasty to me when all I was trying to do is get approved to move in they caught sending em on run around asking for all the info I had already gave them… they wouldn’t accept my employer verification for whatever reason just horrible!

I don't even know where to start on this review board. I hate to do  that but my patience has been reached to the limit. I live in this complex for 6 yrs no maintenance. Apartment is full of termites  and molds.

Worst place residents without mailbox for more than 3 months and they don't do anything and now to pick up my mail inthe post officetake around2 hrs in line. A pool that not work, a tennis courtthat don't work, a little room that they call "the gym",butto ask for the rent every monththey are #1
