This community is not what it shows on the website, it is dirty all the time with garbage everywhere, you have to take care of cleaning the common areas yourself because they do it every three months, if you need something repaired you must beg for it and yet they don't do it, in my case I have been waiting for 3 years for them to paint a blob of cement at the entrance of the house and for them to change the light bulb at the entrance of the house, but if you are late for a few days they charge you an additional $500 and they send you to eviction, THEY ARE DILIGENT IN THAT. Look for other alternatives, this IS NOT WORTH IT and even less so now that they are almost charging more than $2500 for units full of details, disgusting common areas.

Courier. Delivered to someone here. Gave 4 stars cause I put code at gate but by the time I got back into the car (I wasnt rushing this time) the gate closes again. Way too fast!! Some folks have short arms and get out of their cars ya know. I even saw a kid get out of passenger side, run, put in code, run, get back in at another place. Gate closed right behind them like it's supposed to.
