The Park at Kendall

I’ve live here since 2016 , since the new manager took possession this was a total change, no more parking issues , the amenities are well maintained, everything looks clean , the maintenance team is awesome. This is my home and I love it. Very recommended

The experience of residing at The Park At Kendall, we can point out as wonderful, was a great discovery, which from the first exploratory visit, conquered us, the impeccable attention of its Manager, Ms. Azucena, Natalia and Antonella, who since That moment they made us feel like family, had wonderful empathy and gave us excellent support throughout the process. Since we have lived here, we feel as if we were at home, a very well-maintained residential complex, which has a very valuable and committed support team, who have been able to graciously attend to any requirement that may have arisen during our stay. , professionally and with respect and kindness.
