The Park at Kendall

My family recently moved here, I went to visit and I love the community. The staff were so nice, I even thought of moving here. The lease office was very helpful. Alejandra gave me a tour and was super helpful. Looking forward to moving in here.

This is a wonderful place to live. The community is always immaculate, the amenities are excellent, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Azucena, Natalia and Alejandra do an exceptional job, always attentive and willing to help with a smile. The service they offer is top notch!

Living here has been an amazing experience! The community is well-maintained, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

The Park at Kendall is a beautiful property . It is centrally located and the apartments are very spacious . The office staff are very helpful and awesome . The maintenance staff are wonderful

Alejandra is really great and has been extremely helpful in the process. We moved from overseas and encountered a few challenges but Alejandra patiently explained and helped us navigate through them. And I can say it was worth the wait. The community is really great with a lot of amenities. The apartment themselves are great and we feel at home. Amazing apartments. Natalia has been so incredibly helpful. The maintenance guys are great. Literally a dream of an apartment to live in. It's like living in a luxury resort. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Definitely the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

The Park At Kendall is an amazing rental community. I lived here for 4 years and can safely say I enjoyed my time. Azucena and her team are very knowledgable and helpful. It is rare to find a leasing office that is so kind, patient, and willing to assist you with any issues you might be having. I commend all of the work that the leasing office does here! In the past I have had issues with greedy landlords who keep my security deposit after I left, even though I left the apartment clean and tidy. After leaving the Park At Kendall, I am glad to say that I received my deposit back because I left the apartment clean. I felt that the leasing office was super fair in the treatment of its residents and I am glad that they are evaluating apartments properly when residents leave. Overall, the Park at Kendall is a great, clean, and beautiful community to live at. I never had any safety issues either as the apartment complex was always quiet and family oriented. Thank you!

I have been leaving at the Park at Kendall for almost 7 years and the experience has been awesome!! Azucena the manager of the community is absolutely the Best, very professional, kind, and caring. She really makes you feel at home. Nataly and Antonella are also very collaborative. The Maintenance team are very hard workers and they  always take care of the services requested in a timely manner.
This community is always well maintain. I love The Park at Kendall. 🥰♥️
