Good administration and very friendly and proactive staff in helping residents, Facilities in good condition and recreation areas.   But residents should be cleaner, avoid throwing garbage on the floor and not smoke marijuana in the hallways that lead to other apartments.

I recently moved in and would like to thank all the leasing staff, especially Roxanne, who helped me from the very beginning with everything I needed to know regarding the application as well as the moving process once I was approved. Excellent leasing agent and person. Thanks again.

With the exception of Claudia, the office staff has poor service skills. The interaction with residents seeking assistance from them sometimes outright is rude and unprofessional. Moving in to the apartment was easy is smooth; however, moving out turns into an opportunity to exploit you by finding any minor infractions such as floor not clean to charge you some outrageous fees. Base on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The women in the office is very nice she has kept asking if I needed anything was doing okay in my new home search and I missed my appointment again like 3 times now but I’m just going to stop by now I can’t do it one more time but it for my job it’s a good cause

I am very satisfied with the service provided and the good attention of the administrative staff, especially Ms. Claudia. The maintenance staff provides excellent service in the green areas of the complex and the apartments. I would recommend Vista Verde without a doubt.
