Very nice community. The neighbors are nice. The property is kept clean. The manager Yani is very kind and responds quickly and professionally to messages. All the maintenance crew greet you when you pass by them and they are fast and efficient when something needs to be fixed. Overall a pleasant experience so far.

My family and I, recently just signed our lease I would just like to start off by saying an amazing team they have with communication wise because that plays such a huge part, but a special SHOUT OUT goes to Massiel she help with the entire process from start to finish she toured the community with us, showed all they amenities they have and much more I’ve never seen an apartment so spacious and nice and update appliances if you’re thinking of Windsor Miramar as your new home, don’t second-guess it because I did, and I wish I would’ve moved in sooner.!!

"I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. Yahaira has been amazing with our maintenance requests, always prompt and thorough with her work. She really makes sure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently, which is such a relief! I also want to give a huge thank you to Yannie and Massiel—they've been the best part of our move to Florida. From the moment we moved in, they made us feel welcome and have continuously provided exceptional service. Their dedication to making sure residents are happy truly stands out. Highly recommend this place!"

We just moved in. The community is really clean and nice. Amenities are great as well. Move-in process was easy and staff helped with everything. There was a few issues with the apartment but the service department was here and Yaharia did a great job and was very professional

A+ all around. The community is very nice and clean. The residents are friendly and quiet. My apartment is nice and I’m proud to show it off to friends and family. I worked with Yaniesky who provided some of the best customer experience I’ve ever received. She’s made my move in better than I could’ve hoped for. She’s very attentive and always goes the extra mile! I’m very happy with my decision to live in Windsor Miramar!
