The departments and amenities are very good, although they only have one person to attend to in the offices, so at the slightest inconvenience you have to wait a long time for them to attend to you.

Excellent place for family vacations. The area is beautiful, very close to the Aventura Mall, a Walmart and a Wallgreens. To go to the beach yes or if it is by vehicle. The closest one is sunny isles, very nice. The apartment rented by Airbandb, all the benefits!

great condominium with plenty of amenities. however, pool closes at sunset which was not ideal for vacationing. the hot tub wasn’t working for the entire duration of the visit as well which we found disappointing.
