Francisco was great throughout the leasing process. Communication and transparency by the leasing office was a breath of fresh air in the Miami rental climate.

Things have been changing and not for the better. 1. We’re in hurricane season and the water that collects in the garages is ridiculous. We’re left with large puddles of water for weeks, it’s stinks, & brings a lot of mosquitos.
* switch the way we get access to the garage, once it rains the stickers don’t scan!
2. The building use to smell very clean with a nice air freshener when you enter the building and elevator—not any more
3. No AC in our building for months, smells like molde, something isn’t right. This needs to be fixed asap! The humidifier in the hallway do nothing! Especially when you have only one not centrally located.
4. Please hire someone on the maintenance team that speaks English!!!! It’s very frustrating trying to get maintenance done and no one speaks English.
Get it together, rent keeps going up and property management has been dropping the ball. Michelle needs an assistant or something she can’t manage it all by herself! Her and Paul were a great team and you could always speak to someone in the office.

Hello, I have lived in this building for over two years and would advise caution regarding this place. I paid a deposit of over $3,000, half of which was withheld without proper explanation. They imposed more than $800 in late fees and charged $500 to paint a small wall, which I was initially told would cost $125. I have been attempting to recover my deposit for over two months now, without any response or justification for these charges from the management office.
