Atlántico at Kendall

Beautiful and luxury condominiums! But at unaffordable prices, and they are well separated.

Recently started living here. I’ve been so happy!! Everything is beautiful the apartment is very nice and spacious.  24 hour gym!!! Saving on a gym membership now and it’s a very good gym . Pet friendly <3 . the team  everyone is the best !! Always nice and caring and helping us with whatever we need thank you !

We have the amenities that can be had without paying extra, we have never had any security problems or with the cars in the parking lot, following the rules, it is very good to live here, the condominium has clear rules and very easy to follow for anyone who knows what to do. It is living in a community, the best thing is the service from the people who work here and who are attentive to ensuring that the rules are followed, even if some residents do not like it.

I have been enjoying this condominium with my family for more than two years and we have always received good treatment from all the people who work here, they have provided us with good service in every inconvenience we have had. They always inform in advance of activities and temporary closures of common spaces such as the pool, gym, soccer field, etc. What I have noticed is that the administration has changed and they are enforcing the rules and some people don't like that.

Just moved in about a week now and this place has been amazing. Roselly, Andres and Manuela have truly been a help. The community is beautiful with carports for ev cars helps a lot. The apartment is clean and very luxurious.

It was only two days after Christmas, and I had woken up to a very stressful situation at 6 am when my hot water heater broke, was leaking, and had begun to overflow from the closet into the kitchen.  I quickly put down what I could to contain the water and then left a message for the emergency maintenance through the apartment phone service.  I don’t think even 15 minutes had passed by before someone got the message and arrived at my door as I was still trying to contain the water.  They had the problem stopped, cleaned up, and a new water heater installed within just a few hours.  I was so relieved to have this fixed completely with little to no damage to my apartment or my belongings.   The office staff is always so professional, helpful, and responsive.   I feel that the service and quality of Atlantico is worth the amount I pay every month.  I would recommend this apartment complex  10/10 times.  Everywhere in Miami these days is expensive, but I sleep better at night knowing I can count on the people that I rent from.  Thank you Atlantico staff!

I do not recommend leasing an apartment with them. My husband and I just moved here from Texas and planed to get an appointment with them. We wanted to see the place before Signing the lease and the apartment was so small we didn’t know if we be able to even fit our queen bed into what they call a master bedroom. It wasn't very clean and they aren't helpful at all. The customer service was horrible and its just all about how much money they can get from you. After we changed our minds and decided to lease with a different Apartment complex they charged us a $500 fee which was never brought up when we were looking into lease with them. The photos and the video of the apartments are not at all what it looks like in person at least from what I saw for myself. My husband and I decided to get an apartment with (Bridges at Kendall) and they are amazing and very helpful, especially to families with kids. I'd definitely think about (Bridges at kendall) before trying to look into lease with this place.
