Great community, the staff makes the best effort which is always a plus. This is an edit, I wasn't aware it would be reviewed so quickly.  Roselly, Andrés and Manuela, will make sure your stay is as pleasant as can be living here. They really go through all the lengths to ensure they provide the best service possible. I've been to many of the community events they do for their tenants, I must say I wish someone would do the same in my community. I've read many of the bad reviews and I believe that some of the affected individuals have misconceptions about the services they complained about. Things like rental prices, which are regulated by other entities have nothing to do with the people who work here, the cost of living is expensive everywhere! Parking places and their regulations are discussed upon arrival, so I don't understand why this comes up as a surprise. There are plenty more issues that could be solved using a little of common sense. These people only work here, they don't own the buildings, be kinder.

If you’re thinking of moving here, DON’T. This community is nothing but a money-hungry trap with the most predatory parking policies I’ve ever seen. There are barely any guest parking spots, and they tow aggressively at all hours to squeeze every dollar they can out of residents and their visitors. It’s obvious they don’t care about the people who live here, just how much they can fine and tow.
The parking policies were just updated under the guise of making them “better for residents” yet now they only allow 1 guest per day until 11PM (forget about a sleepover if needed or about hosting an event in your house) cause even when parked in the correct guest spot, you now have to be registered to prevent a towing fee of anywhere from 170$ to 500$+ !?
We’re already living in hard times yet the place you are supposed to call home will ensure you want to rip your hair out solely because these companies are incapable of allowing for free parking like so many others do and SHOULD!
If you enjoy the stress of constantly wondering if your car (or your guest’s car) will still be there in the morning, then by all means, move in. I personally can’t WAIT to get out of here.
And to Atlantico, if you’re reading this… DO BETTER and CHANGE THESE POLICIES! There are dozens of reviews related to this.
You are already charging high rent prices, is that not enough? It’s not enough that you need to also need to ensure your residents struggle and suffering???

Predatory residential company that takes advantage of its residents to charge insane towing fees. Don’t move here if you’re not ready to deal with towing charges multiple times a year (keep in mind they don’t have enough spots for all its residents).

Our experience visiting the apartments was wonderful, especially with Andres Padilla, who made an effort to give us the best possible treatment and make us feel at home. The place is beautiful, very clean, spacious and pleasant, perfect for a long stay and with very pleasant staff, highly recommended.

I strongly advise against living in this apartment complex. They overcharge for everything, and the lack of parking is a nightmare. There’s no space for residents, let alone visitors, and if someone dares to visit, their car will be towed immediately — leaving you stuck paying $200 to get it back. They never communicate with residents about anything, and everything feels like a secret. You can’t have guests over without risking a huge hassle. On top of that, they charge ridiculous fees for anything and everything, making it feel like they’re constantly trying to drain your wallet. Living here has been nothing short of hell. The management is unresponsive, and the whole experience is frustrating and unfair. I regret ever moving in. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!

We have been living at Atlantico for almost a month, so far so good. Leasing office has the greatest treatment, special mention to Andres, who was our leasing specialist. Maintenance service has been also good, they will try to fix the issue as soon as possible. Loving being part of this community.

I have been living here for almost 7 years and I don’t want to move out or buy a house because it is  Such an awesome community and safe and the team here directed by Roselly is doing an amazing job. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone if they are lucky to find an available apartment as they have a very high demand due to quality and fair prices.

Excellent residential complex, good care and conditions to live comfortably and without complications. Privileged location with nearby public services such as supermarkets and banks.
