A place full of defects, apartments say they are renovated, but everything is based on the easiest repair, nothing was changed, starting with the outlets that don't hold the charger, I went to see what was happening, it was just a cover, the outlet is old.

Moved in here in December 2024. Since then it took 2 months to get my lease and get access to the gym, maintenance etc. the maintenance here is awful. Not the techs themselves, but Elliot approving work. I have a leak in my ceiling, bathrooms still need to be resurfaced in the shower, doors not closing properly, I could go on and on. Josie Perez shouldn’t be working for Elliot. Something needs to give or I plan to involve the FHA along with retaining a lawyer. We will be putting our rent in escrow until all repairs are made. Frustrated beyond any normal level. I should have stayed at Cypress Shores in Coconut Creek!

My wife and I stopped by the leasing office to ask a few questions and had a wonderful experience. Jasmine was very friendly!! Finding a new home is already hard enough and being new to the area only makes it more stressful. We had a lot of questions but she was patient and very attentive. We are very excited about touring the property when we come back to Florida in May!!

Got a package accidentally delivered to the front office here even though I live in the community next to it. The delivery driver took a picture of them handing off my package to whoever was at the office and I noticed a paper in the corner that said Elliot community. So I went there the next morning to ask if they had it. They said that they don’t accept packages delivered there so they don’t have anything. Then I showed them the picture of proof that someone there took it. Then the person tells me “oh let me go check.” Didn’t they just say that they don’t have any packages there? Lo and behold, they have my package and give it to me. Then this person gives some dumb snarky comment, “Next time don’t send your packages here.” MY PACKAGE LITERALLY HAS MY OWN ADDRESS ON IT, NOT YOUR DAMN FRONT OFFICE ADDRESS. Very shady and sneaky of them to accept things that don’t belong to them and then to try to lie and say they don’t have it. If I didn’t have proof, they 100% would’ve kept it.

My Nephew and his fiancé recently made a $2500.00 deposit and received the key after a frustrating experience with the management office. I was supposed to drive 5 hours  to meet up with them to help with the move. My Nephew after receiving the key and entering the apartment,contacted me to report the appalling conditions .The place smelled so it was obvious there was no attempt to clean the carpet. The AC was not cooling and there is water damage by the ceiling where the unit is located. There is a light switch that was an obvious fire hazard and the faucets are loose in  one of the bathrooms. Any measures taken to make the apartment ‘move in ready’ were minimal and lacked attention to detail. The final straw was my Nephew opening the master bedroom closet and finding to his horror a homeless man sleeping in there. To the manager LISA MUNN , this is totally unacceptable. My nephew corroborated his experience by communicating with me via video chat so he was not delusional or exaggerating.
He has given notice to the apartment complex he is currently residing at. Because he is a responsible young man,he has a 2 week buffer period to make a decision. This may not be the same for most persons who may have a tighter time frame and have children or animals to provide for. He has done everything possible to ensure a smooth transition and the management of this apartment complex need to do their part .
This is a cautionary tale to others who are looking to rent in this community.

Poor management by Josie Perez. Scheduled to see an apt and did not have my license. My wife had her license and she stated to my wife " I can show to you but not him". Regardless of policies there's a manner and tone to speak with potential tenants that she has not learned. We won't be viewing another apt here due to her unprofessionalism.

The maintenance is super efficient, the property is pretty clean and family centered and management is accommodating. Me and my family are happy we made the decision to move here.

I have been living on this property, through several owners, since 2010. I honestly hope to stay forever. The location puts me close to my Daughter and 2 beautiful grandkids. The property management is very responsive to residents at all hours. We had a neighbors water heater flooding both units on either side at 230 in the morning. If my son hadn't been up late that night it would have been running until morning. The neighbor was not at home and gone for the weekend. We called for and it came immediately. The water was turned off and a clean up crew was here within the hour.
