Very good place to live.Leasing Consultant Enzo is very helpful throughout the entire process of application, he made our life easy. Very good amenities. Nice place to live in Miami.

I just moved 15 days ago and they already stole the 4 tires from my car. The place is very nice and clean, the reception and employees have a very good attitude. It's a shame that it doesn't have security or cameras. The response to my robbery was "this is alapata"... they should increase security and put in a goal.

We have been living in this splendid place for 2 years, we love it because the atmosphere is super familiar, the spaces, both outdoors and indoors, are taken care of, the attention of the staff is unmatched, I have no complaints about anything, I strongly recommend having Legacy Riverwalk as an option when looking for housing…

I lived in Legacy Riverwalk for one year, it was great! The staff was so helpful and always attentive. I thank very much Isela Torres for always being so kind and professional. Same goes with the manager Susie Vidal. Enzo Caceres helped me very much with my moving out process. I also want to give a shout out to the Maintenance Crew, any request they would immediately fix! Thanks to the housekeeping. The area is very beautiful and they have it well maintained.

From the moment I inquired for an apartment up until now, I have experienced nothing short of amazing! Isela, who is now the assistant manager, has been kind, helpful, efficient, thoughtful… darn good at her job! (An amazing person all-together). Alex, who has recently joined the team has been so kind and ready to help with every interaction!
These two are an amazing Team and make the living experience so much more intimate and comfortable. They always have a smile on their face, show genuine care for their residents and make you feel like part of the family here at Legacy Riverwalk!
