Blue On The Bay

Nice area, near a lot of amenities and easy to reach by public transportation. A little bit expensive compared to similar rental properties in Miami.

If you like living in an apartment building totally safe & sacred, then this is a great place. It's too contrived & convoluted to get from the door of your apartment down to your car and out of your little place to get to the store just to get one item. Then get back in again, park the car, up the elevator, over to your apartment door.

Awful

Beautiful Condo Building right on the Bay. The views are spectacular from each side of the building. There us a really nice pool and a special party room, besides a tree lined outdoor area for parties. Even just pulling up, there is a clean, special scent pumped to the outside and throughout the building. There is accessible valet parking and a very wide open lobby area with modern seating. There are also benches outside, so you can wait for your car or Uber. The living areas are pretty spacious, and a very small porch outside. The living area has floor to ceiling windows for the views. There are many different elevators, so there is easy and quick access to all floors.

Very nice building, and the attention is very good
