Administratively it is a disaster. Especially on weekends, packages are lost, the lobby becomes a disaster, children playing without control, the maintenance staff does what they can with the minimum of resources, to live they are not I recommend.

**This review is not about the apartment ...
**This review is not about the apartment it’s self but my first encounter when calling to check about availability.** One of the rudest people I’ve encountered when I called to see about any apartments they had…and this is coming from someone who has lived in the NYC area for over 7years. Before I could finish my sentence she cuts me off and says there’s nothing available. I then asked if she knew when some thing was going to be available or if it was listed on the website, and once again was rudely told ‘we don’t know when something will be available’. 🤔 Ok. Taking my money elsewhere. ✌🏽

It becomes very difficult to get parking ...
It becomes very difficult to get parking especially after 6pm, and also many cars without stickers using the parking lots of those of us who actually live here. In my opinion they should assign parking to each apartment with your number, it is not fair, it is the only building I have seen that does not have parking assigned per apartment. Please, I don't want you to respond to my comment, I want you to truly resolve the problem.
