Who was the moron that came up with the numbering system for this apartment complex? I wonder.

Terrible HOA. My ceiling has been leaking for more than a year with no fixing and because of the roof being damaged rats and possums have been getting in- leaving feces and urine in the ceiling. The pest control guy has done all he can to help me but there’s just too many to be contained, it’s out of control. The rodent issue won’t be fixed until the roof is repaired. Management never answers emails or calls either.

Good morning, I was in this Condominium visiting a family of friends where I left my car in the guest space for one night, where I shared good times with my family, learning about this Condominium and even about the possibility of coming to live here, but unfortunately my car was towed from a guest space without prior warning and they did some damage. To the front bumper. So I went to look for answers and all I heard was that the problem was mine and the condominium if it wanted to take responsibility. Unfortunately, the condominium did not speak out! Both emergency towing and the Carrington apartment have no respect for people!!The question is: who will pay the damages for the lack of competence?

I’ve lived here for 3 years and I must say I agree with the 1 star reviews. But what you need to have in mind reading these is about 2 months ago. New management took over the community and it has been spotless since, pool clean, lakes not dirty and the gate hasn’t been broken. There is better communities in coconut creek but for the location and price I say it’s great. In conclusion since the new management I give it 5 stars.
