I first called and a lady named Maria answered the phone , she was very rude. I then showed up in person , she was the only person there. Still very rude and unprofessional , she acts like she doesn’t want to be there to work.

I called for information and the supposed manager Maria, super rude, doesn't let us talk, mistreats and discriminates. I asked where she was from and when she said Cuban, she said that there was nothing available and hung up, they should call her attention or change her, very unprofessional for that position.

The office staff is horrible at handling questions. I called on behalf of my senior citizen mother to apply. The person named Maria answered the phone. I had called previously to inquire about how to apply for the apartments, and I was informed that I had to go through the homeless program in Miami Dade. However, when I visited their website, I couldn't find any information about it. I called back, and Maria was incredibly rude. She stated that she doesn't have the link and doesn't know how to obtain it.  Offer no other suggestions and sounded like she wanted to get off the phone. I can only imagine how the day to day and maintenance of this building is managed if the staff doesn't care.  Do not waste your time.

I found the building very cozy, what I didn't like is the entrance to the building! I think they could fix that detail, that entry takes away the elegance of the place and deserves another entry, Thank you...!
