New association does not care about maintaining the building clean but are quick to right you up for things , or tow your guest when there’s no where to register guest parking. There’s a Big infestation of bugs on the canal side of these buildings and nothing is being done about this. This is really bad and you can’t open up your sliding door.

Had my car towed when I was only in the visitors spot for a few hours. The security guard is clearly getting a cut from the towing company. Tow one, tow all. Makes it hard visit anyone who lives here. Security doesn’t even claim to a have a phone number to his management or the association. Crazy how you can work for a ghost. It’s all very convenient.

Car was towed even though it was in a visitor spot and was there for about 4 hours.  The sign in the visitor’s area is clearly labeled as no more than 8 hours. They claim there is a rule that visitors must declare when you are staying past 8pm even though there is nothing there indicating that to be the case. If this is the rule it should be clearly posted on the sign so everyone is aware. It is outrageous that a simple visit results in having your vehicle unjustly towed. This is truly bad form.

Everything very good and beautiful, super cute and very quiet neighborhood

So many bad things I could say about this place but the main thing is that the security guards have a towing business so whether you live there or not, whether you stop by to visit or not, YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED, I do not recommend living or coming to this place! 0 stars!!!
