Not worth the money . Walls are paper thin can hear everything. They charge random fees on top of fees that seem to be made up. They can’t increase rent for the new amenities so guess what they are charging a fee for it ! Parking is horrendous! The spots are so tight you can’t get out of your car. The views are amazing, that’s about it. Glad to be moving out.

Expect a rent increase of 20%-30% in your rent renewal offers which absolutely does not correspond with what this building has to offer. For the last 2 years we have been subjected to extreme noise and air pollution from the "renovations" going on within the building and specifically the huge construction site on 34th street. The pool area is practically unusable. The pool heater does not work and the noise and cement dust from the construction site are unbearable. The gym area is dirty at all times. The parking garage is a mess with vehicles constantly being parked in wrong spots. The only positives are the amazing maintenance crew, the views and fellow residents. We are so glad we are moving out!

other staff are helpful and accomodating, except for elizabeth who continues to greet guests and delivery drivers with utter disrespect and disgusting attitude. Someone from management or HR should have a talk with her.

This building is a true gem! Incredible views from the apartments with massive terraces and open layouts. It’s located right on the bay with no obstructed views, it’s beautiful!

Other people on the 12th floor kept taking the service lift which delayed our move. There has to be a better system.

We apologize that your move was inconvenienced and delayed by another resident using our service elevator instead of our other elevators for resident use. We assign individual control to a resident during their reservation of the service elevator for their move but unfortunately, even with signage stating it is being utilized for a move, a resident did not respect this and used it delaying the move. Beautiful building with amazing ocean views with spacious balconies. We are leasing two units here and have been very impressed with the friendliness and support of the staff who have been there every step of the way. Their team comprised of Fernando, Julio, Ellie, Camila, and Marvin have made our experience very pleasant at the Hamilton.
