Crest at Pinecrest Apartments

NO STARS IF I COULD. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPORTED ME TO A CREDIT BUREAU FOR $75 SAYING MY RENT IS LATE I DONT EVEN RENT HERE. MY X BOYFRIEND APPLIED ILLEGANLLY AND WE TRIED TO GET OUR MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH NO ONE CALLED US AND THEY TRIED TO STEAL $100 AND ONLY GIVE $400 BACK. WE DEMAND ALL OUR MONEY BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

The girls at the leasing office were a pleasure to work with super sweet and were able to make everything seamless in order to move in just a week can’t recommend them enough thank you Liz for your continued support!

I am at Crest nearly every day for work purposes and have to say it’s a great building. The apartments are nice and the staff is even better. There is always a concierge at the front desk. They’re the ones that help get me in touch with the resident to do their Internet installation. They are a big help and always professional. Shout out to 5th Avenue Concierge. Especially Patrick. He’s always engaged and on top of things.

I recently moved into Crest and it has been a wonderful experience. From the leasing office, to the amenities, to the 24 hour concierge service. Especially Mr. Patrick. Patrick works for 5th Avenue Concierge and has been fantastic. He always goes above and beyond. All residents love him. I'm really happy I moved in here. I love them all

Having recently moved into Crest at Pincrest, I have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. The concierge team of 5th Avenue  (Patrick being my favorite) has exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, attentiveness, and extensive knowledge of the area. The amenities at Crest, Pincrest are outstanding, contributing significantly to the overall comfort of residents. From the well-equipped fitness center to the luxurious pool area, every detail has been carefully considered.

The leasing team (Rosie) was awesome helping me get into my unit.  The front desk concierge has been very helpful as well-shout out to Patrick here especially.  Lastly, the maintenance requests have been fulfilled promptly and the staff also offered helpful tips!  Justin in maintenance has been amazing! Thank you!

Justin from maintenance has been such an extreme help! He resolves issues quickly and efficiently, making it so easy for me to submit service requests and have them completed that same day. I appreciate the effort in going above and beyond for the residents!

Moved here within the first few weeks of its opening and we've really enjoyed it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The ladies from the cleaning crew always have a smile on their faces and they do an excellent job at keeping the premises tidy. Justin from maintenance goes above and beyond trying to solve any issues we have. He is prompt and takes pride in his job. The only down side is there is no guest parking inside or outside the building. Not sure where they expect our guest to park.

Best thing Crest ever did was hire Justin. He fixed a maintenance problem I had within less than a day. Great customer service on his part.
