Don't jeopardize your health or your sanity by moving into this community. Property manager (Anacelis) is usually non responsive, or if she does decide to reply you, she's usually rude and unprofessional. Units are full of mold and not properly maintained. They literally paint over mold, and the outdated ac units and appliances make it impossible to keep a decent electric bill. Service calls take forever to get handled and once they decide to deal with it,  they just randomly show up without notice. Even then, things are just patched up instead of being properly fixed or replaced. The apartment sizes are nice and with proper upkeep, maintenance and respectful staff that actually care about the tenants, the community would be much better.

It is quiet, it has a little park for the children, it has a swimming pool, a place to have a picnic with awnings for your parties, what I don't like is that the entrance doors are damaged and people from outside the places can enter the pool. To enter, people want you to leave to open the doors for them since they do not have their code.

This place is absolutely horrible. When you want to move in they have no problem at all getting back to you, as soon as they got your money and you’re in you will not hear from them. Try going to the office during office hours ? They keep the door locked and hide in the back they will not open the door. Units are INFESTED WITH ROACHES INFESTED!!!!!! They do not care. I had to spend over $100 of pest control products because guess what the “pest control” they have supposedly every month, does not come. There is mold in the units, they do not care. My dryer never worked from the day I moved in, they did not get fixed for me although I mentioned it to them over 5 times. I have been waiting for my security deposit back for OVER a month , no way to reach Anna. The one time someone did answer and I asked to speak with her, the lady said she was busy that was a lie she has just been avoiding me, the lady then just hung up on me. This place is always full of police, there were police with rifles searching everyone’s car as you come in last week. They have zero customer service skills. Do not move here!!!! You have been warned!!!

The manager Anacelis Berdecia is very incompetent, the apartment where 7-102 lived has mold and for two years I was asking to clean the air conditioning and the wall with mold and they never did it, the toilets in the bathrooms were off the floor and They never repaired them either, the sewage overflowed, the screen of the windows and doors completely broken, the external walls with humidity that seeped into the house, on one occasion the fire alarms were activated due to lack of battery, I asked to send them to I checked and I had no choice but to disconnect them because they wouldn't stop ringing, but they wouldn't come to repair them either. They make you pay $50 per car for parking, but it took them more than 3 months to approve my parking application so they gave me about 5 warnings not to park in addition to putting stickers on my car. We were without a pool for more than 8 months and when you ask the administration they tell you that it is not their problem, my refrigerator was damaged and after approximately 3 months and a lot of emails they did not change it until my daughter got sick from a spoiled meal due to a bad refrigerator. The garbage container overflows for days, attracting animals and flies. And also when you leave they take 80% of your deposit.

Please do not rent this place. There is plenty of mold. The management is very horrible. They are rude they do not respond to emails. This place is full of mold, and roaches, my apartment need repairs that they have not come to do. They have started repairs and not finished so I am living in an apartment with an open wall that is showing plenty of mold. The roach issue is out of control and management does not care to fix things. If you are one day late on the rent they add 150 dollar late fee and maintenance just comes into your home without permission opening the doors to your property. NOT SAFE and a huge health hazard with the mold. Very disgusting. I give zero starts actually if that is possible. Parking is also horrible there is never anywhere to park and they tow residents cars. Currently my apartment.
