Forest Place

I don’t recommend this place! Roaches everywhere, does not matter what you do they always always back, I spent more than 1k with professional products to kill German roaches, does not solve, the neighbors don’t pick after their pets, to much noise from the 135th st, the parking gets flooded when rains, the gate is always open, broken. Weed everywhere, the smells comes from the AC vents to inside of the apt, trash as mattress and old furniture keeps there for months and months.
The only reason I lived there 1 year and half is because the management was very nice, Natalie and Romina always did what they can do to help me, unfortunately a lot of things is out of their hands..

My family and I lived in Forestplace apartments for 4 months before the situation with the pipe burst occurred. I want to start by saying Natalie is the sweetest human I could have ever met while living there. She’s loving, caring, and compassionate with the residents.  Her face was always so welcoming and warm to see at the front desk. I pray that she elevates in her role and she’s taken to places she wouldn’t even imagine. Thank you for always making my family feel so welcome and accepted. you will be greatly missed.  Although more could and should be said, I would rather focus on the positive side of my experience here. The residents were sweet and helpful, and everyone always said good morning while passing the halls. The are little roaches in the apartment but it seems to be more when pest control comes, quiet area ,floods a lot when rains so be mindful where your vehicle is parked during those days, but more importantly it’s nearby everything in the area. Natalie, thank you again for everything 💕

Affordable and spacious apartment lofts in the heart of Miami Beach. The units are all elegantly remodeled and very secure structures. Private gated community. Perfect for small families. Several amenities and super friendly staff.

I have been living here for the past 4 months and I have to say that I am happy with the place. Every time I have had a maintenance problem, the office would respond the same day. Natalie is awesome, she remembers everything and everyone. The only thing I would improve is the pest control. I believe the exterminating company must use better products and service should be given to every apartment monthly. Apartments are in good condition; maintenance people do their best and I haven't had any issues with vandalism as some people stated in their reviews. Is a quiet place and I feel pretty safe. I am happy I found it.

Lived here for two years. Best price for the area, but you get what you pay for. Constant roach problem. Even after moving out I had to pay for extra fumigation on my property to kill the roaches that moved out with me. Glad I moved out and you shouldn’t move in unless you want to pay to live with roaches.

TERRIBLE... they will damage your car and act like it is not their problem, also get a better pest control company and install cameras we pay for security who is never there and can thelp with anything they can even open the gate when you arrive with a decal and non working clicker that they give you!!!!! run as far away as you can.

TERRIBLE... MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT DAMAGES YOUR CARS AND THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY PURPOSELY IGNORE YOUR CALLS BEWARE, LIARS AND VANDALISM BEING CAUSED BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES AND THEY COVER IT UP KNOWING THE TRUTH. ALSO THE OTHER REVIEWS THEY ARE NOT LYING PEST CONTROL HERE SUCKS TOO.

Just visited today and met with Natalie she was super sweet upfront and honest about everything she showed me a unit and was super happy with the cleanliness, and organization of building. Applying for 2-2 until my home is ready to be moved into for me and my daughter. I hope I get approved however it was still very pleasant to meet Natalie even after I was 30 min late :/she still remain professional and very kind you can tell by her character. What a great representation for the building Update a yr later: not sure where to begin to express my gratitude towards Romina and Nat. These ladies work their behind off to make sure everything was done. During the first month was a bit bumpy but Romina made SURE to assist me with the issue during that time. I never had problems with loud noise from neighbors or dirty hallways. Maintenance always made sure to be on point if something broke and upkeep the cleanliness. HOWEVER, I believe the apartment complex should have more workers to assist Romina & Nat, they have so much on their plates. Romina is a great manager and leader, and all good leaders still need the proper support. 2 people working in the leasing office is not sufficient. A pleasure living here

So far everything is good no complaints just yet.
