I'm not even a resident there yet, but people complaining about roaches, roaches are everywhere. miami is surrounded with all type of insects and rodents. Every apartment building, condo, house will have roaches or some type of insect issue with all this construction going on. the hot days the rainy days you're going to have roaches. Stop blaming these apartment buildings for a outside problem that they have no absolute control over. If you wanna get rid of roaches put down some glue traps and put some sugar on them and some borax acid. Make sure the traps are out of sight of children.. roaches is something that's difficult to control.

I had a really wonderful experience meeting with Natalie at Forest Place Apartments! She was warm and professional and really tried to work with me. The apartment that she showed me was clean and well kept, as well as the grounds and common areas. Although I did not meet the income requirements at this time, I will definitely revisit Forest Place when my circumstances change!

My family of 4 lived here for a few mont ...
My family of 4 lived here for a few months and only lasted due to its convenient location. Outside of Natalie, who is a wonderful person in the office… it’s literally impossible to establish communication with the office. My apt itself was good however it was overrun with roaches, no matter what action was taken they would appear. One elevator would for sure be out of service at least twice a week so you are forced to walk up the steps. Gate is not supervised as they claim and is typically left wide open. Price is right but not the experience. Save yourself the trouble.

Poor management. I will sue them for send me to the collection. After I was moved out nicely. They know I was not going to renew. I sent an email to notice theme they don’t even check it out. I’m already forward every documents to my lawyer.

I just recently move in. Natalie Ortiz from the office was exceptional—she was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and ensured a smooth leasing process from start to finish. The apartment itself is quite nice and meets my expectations. However, one minor issue is that the elevators are frequently out of service. It's not a major problem if you're okay with taking the stairs. Overall, pretty nice place.

Security has a very shady schedule . 1 elevator is ALWAYS out of service . The halls are not welcoming w the carpeting sometimes smells very bad . But I have not had issues with the inside of my unit . Pest control is not the best . Pool and bbq area is nice . Vending machines in lobby are a plus . 1800$ for a 1/1 .

I went on a tour of North Forest and had a great experience, staff was super polite. Very prepared staff and great amenities. Overall a good experience for a future place to live!

I have been living that property for 5 y ...
I have been living that property for 5 years and the service is very good all the employees are magnificent the manager samanta the maintenance employees Alex, Aylin, Natalie all absolutely everyone and I would recommend this property 100% to my friends thanks for making me feel at home.

I give 5stars to this place only because ...
I give 5stars to this place only because of Natalie Ortiz. Without this person in the office it would have been difficult to live. All work orders or requests get done in the timely manner. Natalie's professionalism can't be unnoticed. Great personality and very professional. Thank you Natalie for making this place enjoyable to live.
