Monica from the office is very rude and unprofessional. she doesn’t listen to what is being explained to her. she talks over you and uses this intimidating tone. She needs coaching on how to provide a more soft and easy going tone on the phone, better costumer service and provide better QA services.

The walls are made of paper. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING. The lawnmowers run 3 days a week, children screaming all day, dogs barking, music blasting. Security let’s anyone in. The elevators never work. Cops out every night.
