It’s a dump ! Naber upstairs plays music till two in the morning starts right up again at 9 o’clock in the morning doesn’t care that you got two kids got to work everything is broken can’t get out on the balcony fence has a giant hole in it maintenance getting high in the morning dropped his weed grinder left it there needles in the parking lot. The lady that runs the place doesn’t know what she’s doing.
