I have never seen anything like this before!!! Stephan from the management company is the most uneducated and rude person I ever talked to.
I had a leak on the ceiling that I previously reported. They contacted me the SAME day they wanted to do the repairs and I had to work. They threatened to enter the apartment without my permission and without sending prior notice if i could not be present. I have never felt so disrespect in my life. They said that they had the key and that they could basically do whatever they wanted. They ended up calling  the property owner and this person opened and entered my apartment while I was gone just because they wanted it to be done that day. It was not something urgent and it took them almost a week to do something about it.
When I finally moved out, it took them about 4 weeks to refund the $200 dollars elevator deposit. I called and emailed and they never responded. I had to call 10 times in a day so they could answer my phone call. They have no manners to talk to people and when it comes to what they have to do, their performance is really awful. We had to deal with the first floor alarm going off for over 2 weeks without them doing anything about it and if you’re trying to walk around the building, the smell is unbearable. There are people from around that do their needs outside of the building and the management takes weeks to clean that up.
