Verano At Miramar

Lived here for about a year and it's true what people say about the gate. Probably broke 2-3 times while I was there. The worst part about this place was that during the holidays the trash stopped coming to pickup the large dumpster near the front and that thing started to get stacked sky high. It was stinking up a storm too. I feel bad for the people that lived near it. Overall quiet place but also old so I'm giving it a 3.

This place is super super quiet and very clean !!!!

Their gates always break and people beep and honk at it all the time. If there was a fire, we would burn up because their gates don't work. People have to free themselves and not be FALSELY IMPRISONED 3AM in the morning. Notice how no information is available on Google and there is no website? Shiesty slum

Apartment complexes usually have roaches, and spiders. I just pour boric acid, use bug barrier spray, and keep the apartment clean for minimal infestation. The complex trash constantly over flowing into the grass or the guard gate breaking every other day is none of my business. But what I cannot deal with is the paper thin walls and cheap wood between upper/ lower units. My neighbors are constantly stomping, running, jumping, in and out of the glass door from 6am to 12am. I am startled out of my sleep and dealing with headaches every-single-day since I moved in. I’m forced to live by their schedule. No matter  who I speak to, it just gets worse. I waste money on hotels just to get some rest. Living here literally has made me depressed and I rather be homeless. The past 10 months has been a nightmare, and I thank God it will be over in 2 months. If you don’t mind your neighbors becoming your roommates because you guys practically live together (in addition to everything else I mentioned before), go ahead and make this your home.
