I recently move here and am very greatfull with the office and the maintenace crew.  The entired club house is amazing including the ameneties

The management team is horrible they don’t do anything to help with issues concerning your apartment you put in a maintenance request the mark it as completed and no one showed up to do the job. I regret moving to this place they lied to us about everything they don’t give good timing on any work taking  place on the buildings. They only care about collecting ur money sataria act like she’s the manager and the real manager is rude and disrespectful she doesn’t listen to what you have to say is like they both don’t care about tenants and I realize the blame everything on the new owners. Sataria flag your account for no good reasons is like they don’t know what they’re doing.oh lord the garbage we paid them to remove it’s and sometimes days it still sitting there and they don’t clean the building often not to mention you cannot put anything on your patio not even ur kids bikes .I’m telling you inside the apartment don’t worth  the money they charging you not even the ac vent these people don’t want to change  and the apartment getting my kids sick the air coming from that Ac is not right just don’t make the same mistake we did

Mario was here first thing in the morning and fixed my AC within 15 minutes. Very happy!

DONT MOVE HERE!! When i moved here it was mold in the bathroom… everything at are always broken and etc. They over pay for everything! The white people that work there are also have micro aggressions towards people! You might as well invest and buy your own house!

I recently toured this place and appreciate Stephanie for her knowledge, patience and explained everything in detail! The kids playground is really nice, place looks very lively. The apartment is gated, really nice residential neighborhood!

I’ve been living here for over 4 years now and by far this is the best maintenance they have had! Mario by far is the best. He’s helped when our A/C unit wasn’t working properly upon moving into a new unit and I haven’t had any problems since. Everything was up and running in less than 2 days. He’s willing to drop whatever he is doing to assist you with anything you need help with. Major upgrade from the precious maintenance workers.

Although I just checked out the place but it seemed like a nice property.

I advised them I will not be renewing my lease Oct 11. Nov 2 I turned my keys in I was told walks are done by maintenance Monday- Friday. I asked about my deposit I was told it will be forwarded to my new address within 2 weeks. Today I called November 14 mam it takes 30 days hung the phone up. They didn't have to wait 39 days to get my deposit and the apartment I moved from infected with mold already available for leasing. Now I see why my twins were always sick. Do not rent Apt 207 building 12 filled with mold. Now the evil witch who shapes like a barrel refuses to give my deposit. After I went to the office for the new lease please give us time to put the residence portal together and it will be sent out. I to the office Aug while on my travel assignment break. Sept 26 I reach out I called over 15 times because they posted it Sept 20 my lease expired Nov 12. This mold invested Apt made my twins with asthma sick.

Dario was super helpful in assisting with the AC repair; I put in a request on Sunday morning. He stopped by Sunday afternoon to take a look and  returned the following day to make sure the AC was back up and running.
