Midtown Doral - Building 2

Horrible servicio de property management I’ll tell you my story.
I changed my car’s plate because by law I couldn’t renew the one I had. On the same night I changed it the security on night watch took off my sticker for parking. Then I got my car towed. Management and the master management all they could do was shrug at me and say that’s not their issue, after I paid 5$ for the decal that was removed by them, I had to purchase another one I order to park.
Ridiculous

The good: It is nice, they have commercial premises on foot, good space in the units, they changed the administration staff for a friendlier one. The bad: you can even hear the neighbor's snoring, the walls are like paper, the security of the parking lot is poor, vehicle thefts have occurred and a lifeless body was found on the side of the parking lot, the building shakes strongly from the explosions of the quarries weekly, the building has a legal lawsuit in process against the developers for water lagoons that are generated in some areas, irregularities in the construction and for not complying with the sealing and material required to prevent sound from unit to unit, 3 passes per month of parking for visitors after 11 at night, loud music from commercial establishments enters the buildings on weekdays and weekends, they do not have common areas

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! How horrible to live in these buildings. 1. The walls are like PAPER you can hear everything!!!! I know all my neighbors' fights
2. They put warnings as if they made a living from that.
3. NO ONE is EVER at reception
4. I had a crash and obviously my car was in bad condition. THE BUILDING wanted to take my car just “because it was crashed.” I can't have an accident or what?
5. They try to get all the money they can from you
NEVER LIVE, NEVER RENT, NEVER BUY HERE!!! Believe me, I live with a headache every day. I regret!

THESE APARTMENTS ARE UNLIVABLE!!!, the walls are made of paper and you can hear everything that happens ABOVE, BELOW AND ON THE SIDES.!!! THEY ARE VERY ORDINARY UNITS. YOU CANNOT COOK BECAUSE IT IS FULL OF ODOR BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE HOOD VENTILATION
ALSO THERE ARE THEFTS IN THE SURROUNDINGS AND THE PARKING....
DON'T EVEN THINK OF INVESTING OR LIVING HERE... THE ADMINISTRATION IS USELESS AND THEY ONLY COMPLICATE PEOPLE'S LIFE AND THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSE FOR THE THEFT OR ANYTHING...

It is the worst building. I do not recommend it for renting or buying. There is no parking for visitors. The maintenance is the worst. The apartments look nice, but even the neighbor's snoring can be heard and they are in complicity with those who immobilize the cars. They have it in business, no. I recommend that no one move
