I have been waiting at the gate for 20 minutes and still no answer, they have to fix this

Based on one year of living here. I have to say the administration was very helpful helping me report noisy neighbors who were holding reggaeton parties on a tuesday at 3 AM. Eventually after 4 or so police reports, they were evicted. Also, nice pool, and gym area. Neighbors in general are very respectful. And a peaceful place to live.

mistreatment and extreme abuse of animals.

The association is unscrupulous people, without love for animals, cats that have been very sick and have ignored them and taken them out regardless of their condition. Thank God I found an adoption home for a cat that was in poor condition. and it lasted 7 years in this community and no one cared, there is a lot of abuse to the pathetic ones who have been there since they were born, they beat them, they give them dogs, in short, the worst thing is having hired a guy who does animal cruelty, and always He has come to get them out, doing the worst things to these defenseless animals. Thank God, the last ones who remain intervened, but they could no longer save the previous 20 ducks from this cruelty. God has to do justice. Although these acts of animal cruelty have always been done for years.
