The Courts

This community is unreliable due to poor management. Despite high HOA fees, maintenance is poor.
The swimming pool is closed due to lack of maintenance.
Some places have street lights that don't work at night.
The maintenance team frequently changes, bringing new rules with limited availability.
Admin team members exhibit rude behavior.

I've lived in The Courts for the past 7 years, and while searching for a new investment opportunity, I couldn't help but notice the exceptional quality of this condominium. Despite changes in management over the years, the board, consisting mainly of fellow residents, demonstrates a high level of concern for everyone's well-being, particularly highlighted by the dedication of Mrs. Isabel and Miriam. The maintenance staff is incredibly attentive and does an outstanding job. Despite some neighbors not adhering to proper garbage disposal practices, I've never encountered rodents in the area, which speaks volumes about the complex's pest control measures. Currently, the pool is temporarily closed due to pending city regulations. Also, the new gate access system has been working effectively so far. It's worth noting that there's a special assessment forthcoming for roof and exterior painting improvements. Despite this minor inconvenience, The Courts remains an excellent condominium with friendly and supportive neighbors. The only suggestion would be to consider adding a gym to enhance the facilities.
