Morning Calm Apartments

I have been living here now for 3 months and I am very satisfied with my choice in apartment. The area is very quiet and well kept. They recently put in new washer machines and I’m very happy. Especially the customer service when I need anything done or have any questions the office manager always helps me.

This morning I walked in looking for an apartment to rent, I was greeted by the property manager named Diana and she was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions, she was very friendly. This was the 5th community that I went to look at and none of the others were as helpful as Diana and her staff. I will be renting from here in April.

I've been living in this place for two months and what I see is the lack of hygiene in the corridors and the lack of hygiene in the laundry room. the lack of cards in the laundry room so that old and rusty broken machines can be used to wash clothes and nothing gets rid of it. I have already made some complaints and nothing has been resolved... honestly, if I could revoke this contract I would have already done so... very dissatisfied

I have lived here for the past 15 yeas and have always felt safe. My pets have always been welcome.  The current staff (Nohemi) is wonderful and very nice and works very hard to help you with all matters.  The maintenance people (Julio and Freddy) are very nice and work hard to fix your problems.  I would recommend the Morning Caln Apts to anyone who is looking for a safe, well kept, pet friendly place to live .
