Home sweet home. Very well maintained gated community.

This neighborhood needs speed bumps. The Main Street is used a race track and the amount of animals that get run over is incredible. Don’t move here if you have pets. Also cars honking at each other all night and last year a BMW flew into a light post.

I lived their for 22 years!!! Too long that’s for sure. Saw many issues. Starting with the rude association employees. Then let’s get started with their rude security guards. They always call and get your guests car towed and revoked if parked after midnight on the side of the road.  Without a warning to say the least! They will also put a warning sticker on your driver’s car window if you park an inch or so off the sidewalk and touches the side of the road!! Horrible security employees need to be retrained!!! Then let me notify you of the constant broken gate at the back entrance. Then the front entrance take about 45 minutes or 1 1/2 hour to attend your guest. It just makes my guest never want to visit me !! Ridiculous pool rules after COVID . Which need to be changed. They are running a dictatorship without a homeowners say or vote in any of their association rulings. Get it together we are homeowners NOT renters!!’ These employees need to be nicer or get out!! Homeowners pay your salary!!!
