Terrible, in service, reception staff not very pleasant, no willingness to resolve problems, no words!!!!

Beautiful place to stay in Miami next to the beach in mid Miami. Very nice apartments. It is old but renovated to modern. The valet parking is very good but sometimes it has a lot of delays in the morning and at night. It is prohibited to open windows in the apartments that charge you a fine, if you do not understand since some have balconies in the same area. It is a family atmosphere.
The area is just buildings.
On one of the floors there is a mini supermarket where you can find whatever you need and some businesses to buy.
The pool is heated, with direct access to the beach and has a bar.
Rooms: Good
Walkability: It has a walkway at the beach exit for walking or playing sports.
Food & drinks: There are 2 businesses that sell food and supermarket products. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks.

Room not as is appears online.  Real old and smells musty.  Scratched floors.  Cracked tiles.  Repairs left half done.  Amenities like beach towel not in room.  And best part yet...we received a Red Notice Miami City code violation on our door when we came back from a day trip saying room could not even be rented out!  Management service offered no solution, nor did Expedia.  Likely cuz they can't reach the manager either! Rooms: Cracks in floors and huge scars.  Room smelled of bleach so bad you couldn't even breath upon arrival for a few hours.  Must and dirty!
Safety: Valet parking backed up on the streets.  Took almost 45 to park!!
Walkability: Trolleys available that work real well.
You can easily walk to beach.
