Building only a few years old and with many structural flaws...Not recommended

Horrible establishment. I come here to do hair for clients. Everytime there is an elevator issue they send me to the wrong elevator or don’t put in which unit I’m going to into the elevator so I have To come back to the lobby 3 or more times just to go up. This is actually ridiculous. On top of that the front desk & valet has horrible customer service skills.

Is a city inside the complex

TERRIBLE. This has got to be the worst building in Miami, they pretend to be a luxury building but there are police there everyday. The other week there was a drug raid with 15 police officers outside valet. They Fine for everything you do the management suck and think they are above everyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE

Gorgeous building, great amenities, lovely people. Impeccable service. Spotless.

Building has 36 amenities to enjoy. It's as big as it is luxurious.  Plus the geat view of downtown Miami from the 58th floor.

The staff at Paramount is TOP NOTCH! I am a local Realtor that recently helped a client move into the community. All that I can say is that it was a very pleasant experience and the HOA is the best that I have ever worked with. Alex and Victoria are extremely patient, helpful, and very communicative. The grounds and units are beautiful and I will consider moving into this property myself in the future! Thank you Paramount for a great experience!
