Orchard Apartments

I’ve been living here for the past 3 years and it’s been a great experience. Whenever I need something rectified The manager Anderson always helps out.

Ziad, the landlord, treats his tenants like crap. I ended up with an apt with bad appliances and ac unit. My unit has RATS and GERMAN ROACHES. The matainence only sprinkled rat poison and kept it moving. I've been getting half-done repairs from matainence  to the unit since I moved in 11 months ago. The landlord has the nastiest  attitude about fixing the unit and only cares about what you have to say once its time to pay rent. Ziad  poor skills as a manager and the maintainence's poor craftmanship is the reason why Orchard Apartments is a dump. We have security cameras but no security guard. Ziad only uses the cameras to spy on his tenants. The whole street is a flood zone, so beware. The trash area is always overflowed with trash and dirty tampons. He is also feeding the cats in the complex and its causing a serious stray cat problem. You hear those crazy cats all night! The only fair thing about this dump is it's somewhat spacious. However, space means nothing when you have rats, roaches, a flooded area, and a nasty, self-righteous landlord that could careless. You are better than this. Don't waste your hard earned money to live in a hell called, Orchard Apartments.
