Quantum on the Bay Condominium

Recently moved in. I’m quite disappointed that the water has a huge issue in this building. There is barely any hot water for shower. When I take a shower, I feel like I’m taking a drizzle on my back. I contacted the management, but so far nothing has been done. Also, there is absolutely no cold water running in the kitchen sink. It’s too hot to do dishes.

Do not live here. Water gets shut down all the time. You have to go to the gym to take a shower! Poor maintenance and poor management team. Period. Update: once again within a month for the third time we have no hot water!!!! The front desk says we won’t have it tomorrow either!!!
All the good reviews here are by the owners who want to sell their units! Don’t be deceived!
Do not rent or buy a unit! You’ll get cold after you take a shower because there isn’t enough hot water running. You can’t fill a glass for water because there NO water! Is this a third world country?

The management office is the best - in general. But, especially Patricia Baden, you are  exceptionally helpful.  Thanks for everything.

Gorgeous building with beautiful condos and magnificent amenities

Great building, plenty of amenities, and excellent location.

Location of this building is hard to beat. It’s on the water, across the street from Margaret Pace Park which is great. Has lots of walkable restaurants as well as a Publix right behind it for groceries. I have quite a few listings here and find that people always want to rent or buy at this building the moment I put them up.

I cannot wait to get out of here. Management makes life excruciatingly painful for the most irrelevant things, including requesting an elevator reservation to bring a MICROWAVE oven to my unit. Unheard of.Absolutely HORRIBLE building to live in. We are literally counting the days to leave. Management (especially leadership) is passive aggressive and arrogant, and will do whatever it can to make your life miserable. Good part of the employees are below mediocrity with little consideration of the residents. Despite being plenty of empty space management refuses to open a resident-funded child play room…because of COVID!!!! The fire alarm drills are performed until later in the evening with loud noises even at 10pm, waking up everyone. Every week there is some service or amenity out of order (elevator, garage doors, pool showers) and water pipe leaks cause repeated water shut downs throughout the year. Having lived at other condos in Miami and NY, this place is to avoid at all costs.

Quantum on the bay is extremely well run, the HOA seems to know where to invest money, the front desk staff and security are great. Helen is always super helpful and was a big help in my move in.
