Bad experience and rude management. One example, we asked for a playroom - in 2 enormus towers there is 0 space for kids- as there was an empty room and we Also Said we could bring the toys, They response was “well.. you know with Covid we cannot do it”, this in 2024 ridicoulos, just a poor excuse!

I lived there for 2 years. The building and especially the management was terrible. To give you some practical example: they entered in our apartment without the permission, they took off our key attached to the door that we left for emergencies without any communication, somebody opened our cellar and stole all our belongings in our and they didn’t take any actions, that’s were glasses all over the pool and I cut myself (thanks god no kids were around) and they closed the pool only a few days after for cleaning, some night there were very high music but even calling the security nothing happened, we left the building months ago and they are keeping sending emails I emailed Back at least 4 times but they are so unorganized that we are still getting them!! Strongly non recommending to rent here.

One of the standout features of Opera Tower is the breathtaking view. Whether you’re overlooking Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, or the ocean, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the sunrise over the water is an experience that never gets old. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the apartments maximize the views, bringing in plenty of natural light and creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
The building’s amenities are another highlight. The pool area is well-maintained and feels like a private oasis, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The fitness center is equipped with modern machines and provides everything you need for a great workout. The management team and staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been resolved quickly, which speaks to the excellent level of service provided here.
The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The modern finishes and open layouts make the spaces feel luxurious and comfortable. I’ve also been impressed with the quietness of the building—despite being in a bustling city, it always feels calm and peaceful inside.
Security is top-notch at Opera Tower, which adds a great sense of safety. The building is well-staffed with a team that clearly takes pride in their work, ensuring that residents feel secure and cared for. Parking is convenient, and the garage is clean and well-organized.
Overall, Opera Tower is a fantastic place to call home. Between the stunning location, luxurious amenities, and attentive management, it’s hard to imagine living anywhere else. I would highly recommend Opera Tower to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale living experience in Miami. It’s been nothing but a pleasure living here!
