Very grateful to the office and maintenance staff for their good treatment and service, I had a great time here and it was excellent

Very good place, a great place to live, I lived there for 6 years where my family and I were able to feel comfortable and had excellent treatment by the office staff

The maintenance is very bad, almost non-existent, and if you ask for something to be done, they treat you badly and then they don't answer the phone. With how expensive the rent is. They really don't deserve one star.

I think that one star is a lot, I have been asking for 4 months to fix the refrigerator and the main entrance door and they do not fix it, always saying the same thing that they have little staff which is not my problem, the main door does not close because it is full of weevils and with the refrigerator already from asking so much to fix it, they sent me another one but worse, rusty and broken, it can't even be organized, it's a tremendous disgust to be here, there isn't even the slightest service!!! And the cockroaches are terrible and I spent a lot of money trying to extinguish them but it hasn't been possible because the entire building is flooded with that pest. It's horrible, no one comes here.

Horrible place. They receive applications under false pretenses for the advertisement of the apartments. They take applications, fees for applications, etc and then place the apartment for different monthly rental rates than they have on the application. Beware of this, false information provided when applying. Horrible, never seen anything like it. Theft and false pretenses! Ugh. I see alot of negative reviews here….not surprising!

They need to replace the managers. They dont care about costumers or the animals that live in the complex
