The Atlantic Doral

Lidia de Vasconcelos has absolutely transformed The Atlantic at Doral. Under her leadership, this place has gone from almost unbearable to a thriving community once again. I can’t emphasize enough how much of a difference she has made since stepping in as manager. To be honest, I was once one of the most vocal critics of this place. I was so fed up with the deteriorating conditions that I boldly confronted the previous management, even involving local and government agencies to address the unacceptable state of the property. At the time, nothing seemed to improve, and I was seriously considering moving out. Publicly speaking anything good about The Atlantic at Doral would have been unthinkable for me, but now—thanks to the remarkable changes—this review is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to share something positive.
Looking back, the conditions here were simply unacceptable. The complex was falling apart, and the previous management’s inability to make any meaningful improvements made it feel like things were only getting worse.
Then Lidia arrived, and everything started to change. The areas that had been neglected were suddenly getting the attention they desperately needed, and the community began to feel cared for once again. Maintenance became more efficient, communication improved, and there was a noticeable shift in the overall atmosphere. It felt like a complete renaissance.
It’s not just Lidia who deserves recognition. Her management crew—Angelito, Duniesky, and Junior—has been a key part of the transformation. Their hard work and dedication have been evident every day. They’ve worked tirelessly to address any issues quickly and always with that personal touch of joyfulness, making a big impact on the overall experience of living here.
I’m truly grateful for the positive impact Lidia, Angelito and the boys have made.
