The worst experience of my life and my f ...
The worst experience of my life and my family. If you want to save your money and avoid inconvenience due to the terrible service they have, don't live there. The customer service is terrible and everything in the apartment is old, deteriorated and the common areas are a disaster. Not to mention parking, there is never a stall and no one visits you because there is nowhere to park, there are no visitor stalls. Ahhhh and don't leave anything in the cars because they will break the windows or simply steal the car and no one responds. No one from the office ever takes responsibility, they look for a thousand ways to wash their hands and not assume responsibilities, if you think they are going to help you, forget about it.
Just read the other comments and you will notice the same response from the manager.

Been living there for 4 and a half years ...
Been living there for 4 and a half years. 1. Definitely not a safe place to live, there is a history of people stealing things from inside the vehicles and cars drive super fast in the parking lot, in several occasions vehicles almost hit me because of the speed they were going.
2. It’s very common that people steal your packages.
3. This is the second time my vehicle gets towed, for no reason at all, both times they say it’s because my car doesn’t have a parking sticker permit when it clearly has it, since the very first day I moved.
I have disputed that with the condominium and they don’t want to accept it’s their fault, they even show me the images the security guard took of the vehicle right before it gets towed and in both pictures the parking sticker is clearly visible.
4. There is a new rule where the condominium is not giving parking passes for guest. I had a guest last week and they parked in the visitor spot and it got towed also. Went to the condominium and they treated me horrible and said that there are no new parking passes. So where can the guest park?
I don’t know what to do anymore, feeling very dissatisfied with the service of the apartments.

An email communication has been sent out multiple times letting residents know that until we finalize the parking lot project we are not allowing overnight guest parking. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause but it's the only way to ensure that when specific areas are barricaded our residents will be able to find parking.  As for your vehicle being towed this is the first I hear of this. If a car is towed for no decal and has a decal our security company reimburses the resident for their mistake.  Regarding safety, Crime has no address, and it is something that is occurring across the city and state. We have been working with the Doral Police Department in implementing routine drive-by's but as you well know, they have many other places to be at the same time. Our Administration takes great pride in our community but you as a Resident must take your own precautions. Again thank you for your review.Warmly,Natashia El-WardProperty Manager

The location is good for those of us who ...
The location is good for those of us who like to live in Doral, but unfortunately, the maintenance services do not work, since I moved in 1 year ago I have been waiting for them to fix the kitchen which only half serves two rear burners, the kitchen is Very used and worn, I received it like this. The refrigerator does not have the ice maker working. They never had the air conditioning filters which assumed those expenses. There was never a fumigation. and the hallways are stained with garbage, and those who have pets mostly leave their pets' gifts. The latter also affects the behavior of its inhabitants. The pool has been under repair for 2 or more years. and it is impossible to communicate with the administration via telephone. To put the situation in a good way, the cost of rent is very high for what is offered. but well grateful to have lived there despite some inconveniences. . blessings

Hi Margie,Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry you are feeling this way. Please know that resident satisfaction is our top priority. I did do some research and I did see that you submitted a request for 1 burner not working in 12/2022, tech notes stated that the connector was replaced, but nothing else regarding the stove has since. In 10/2023 you requested new drip pans and tech notes stated that drip pans are the resident responsibility to replace. In regards to A/C filters, at move, all residents are told that we provide them as a courtesy when they are available if not resident is responsible for changing the filter monthly. Pest control is only done when requested, based on service request history I do not see you have submitted a request. Please note that pest control is done on Thursday and you must call or submit the request via the portal to be added to the list. For the safety of our residents and their guests, our pool was closed for repairs. All repairs were completed in November but unfortunately, without approval from the Health Dept, we could not re-open. I am pleased to inform you that as of today the pool is now open. Regarding your final concern about breezeways, my maintenance team cleans periodically but it is up to the residents to help us maintain. In doing so this will prevent stains, odors, and vermin.
