the new owner that bought the promenade shores is unprofessional. he decided to change all the policy’s, but couldn’t send a letter out to all the tenants that are living in his property. I can no longer park my car after 6PM and i’ve lived in my apartment for more than 12 years. otherwise i will get my car towed by the coward security that they made manager. he only favors his own ethnicity and gives privileges to certain people. that’s not all, we can no longer get 12 tickets a month, it’s 6 now. they should give out more than 2 stickers if there is 3 bedrooms in one apartment. they need to fire Jean Carlos as a manager because all the employees that worked as a security there have quit because of him. moral of the story, DO NOT RENT IN PROMENADE. Worst community in Doral.
