Management is great and always on top of everything. The location is the best in Brickell. Building is always clean.

Management is incompetent. Still waiting on a security deposit over 7 weeks after lease ending

Used to live here for a year. The view is amazing

My friend live there. Downstairs smells so nice,  better then perfume store. Pool and gym are also good

The location is great, central to everything. The building, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The gym is amazing. Probably one of the best residential gyms in Brickel. Other than that, the units themselves are pretty worn down with very old appliances. Not every apartment is like this, but those that are for rent usually are. The management is alright, nothing special on that front. Overall, a mediocre building placed in an amazing location

Terrible staff, rules are extreme and make anything difficult, avoid this place.
