I would give this place zero stars if I could, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Full of Roaches and they will make you sign a lease stating they will not pay for pest control They’re are plenty of other places to live that are affordable DO NOT MOVE HERE
FULL OF ROACHES
I have had exterminators, replaced applicances, I have been here for maybe a month and these apartments are crawling with roaches TURN AWAY,
The only reason I have to continued to not break my lease is because if I did I wouldn’t be able to find a nicer place, FULL OF ROACHES
The other reviews are not lying when they say full or roaches!

Reason why I give one star is because I can’t find the space to put 0 star Versailles garden is the worst place to live it seems like they are racist against black peoples the maintaince man I guess he is the manager for the maintaince he love to come resident door banging loud and shout in our about not parking on the side of the road and they don’t maintain outside of the building properly the trees hanging down on the cars in the parking lot outside of the windows are soo filthy and he and his workers lie on us and watch and complain that place is soo run down, don’t bother with them when they talking about keeping orientation nothing good about what they are saying they full of it the only good thing about over there we never heard of car breakings and no one breaking into tenants apartment only steel they steel packages and broken into our mailbox the parking is a mess there are limited parking and building 14 don’t have many parking for guest

The buildings are kept cleaned, for example today  they were pressure cleaning the buildings. Enough of parking spaces. There is enough space between the buildings. The maintenance guys are always available to help. So far the community looks very safe. Seems that residents get along very well. Swimming pools were  working last time I passed  by. My only concerned is that it is very difficult to get in contact with the administrators. They don’t answer any phone call. They hardy answer an email. Appointments have to be scheduled in advance. At that time they email you. Clarify the information you need and cancel your appointment. If you still have doubts you need to schedule another appointment. They have an F in customer service. I’m wondering if any resident have ever bring inside their office.

I went to a hairdresser's house, very bad service, I don't recommend it.
