THERE IS NO POOL! It's been abandoned with no water since before the pandemic The office needs more staff. Its hard to get help when dealing with maintenance issues that involves a whole building. Dont live here if you have money to do better. The basic help you need feels like a mission or no one cares. And this is a light review. I'll add more info later when I have a chance

Avoid renting 7920 Colony Circle, Apt 203. I rented this unit with broken tiles when I moved in. I even took pictures before moving in to protect myself. After living there for two years without ever missing a payment, the landlord took half of my $1,600 deposit, claiming it was for broken tiles, three missing blinds, and painting a tub. Who even paints a tub with regular, toxic paint? This is completely unjust, and I am now seeking legal action.
