Amberstone Apartments

Came same day I called. Fixed my window screens. Thank you Maintenance Man. He was polite and efficient.

Absolute worst property and management. They spew lies as of it's a second language. The area in which this property falls is not in the hood, but this complex is the hood. Substandard living spaces, just awful.

Both pools have been shut down since August 2022??????? Parking lot turns into a lake when it rains! Washers and dryers are always broken. Paid 60.00 for two parking stickers, never received them.

This condo is disgusting. All apartments are full of cockroaches and rats. And to have your apartment fumigated you have to pay, if you don't pay they won't fumigate you. They are old apartments. They don't fix anything. If something breaks you have to wait 3 to 4 months for it to be fixed. I asked them to fix my kitchen and they told me that I had to buy the stoves that didn't heat up and that they wouldn't repair that. In the apartments that are in the middle, the air does not circulate, they are full of mold. I lived for 3 years until, thank God, I was able to move and they did not want to return the fund and I left the apartment as I received it. They are thieves, shameless, scammers. When I went to complain to the person who works in the office, a woman with a vinegar face treated me poorly and even called me disgusting without me offending her. This Samantha manager is another one who doesn't work well and doesn't do anything to help you. It's the worst, the owner is only interested in money. They have a lot of poverty in their hearts. They only paint the condominium on the outside but those apartments are of no use inside. The rent is very expensive for the conditions they have and for the poor treatment they give you. I do not recommend anyone move into those apartments. They have many empty apartments because the tenants leave for all these reasons when the contract ends. If they don't change they will be left without tenants. Moving to Amberstone means losing your money and you will be stressed whenever you have a problem because they won't solve it. They tow your car from your own parking lot, I imagine they must have business with the Crane or that they own the Crane. And you have to lose your money to be able to get the car. They have very few guess parking spaces and no one can visit you since there is nowhere to park, the Crane spends every night looking at the license plate of the cars. The swimming pools are closed. At night, people smoke marijuana and listen to music in the parking lots. The only good thing they have is the location but it's of no use. Plus they are racist. They don't want Latinos in those apartments. They are blocking negative posts. They are only leaving the 5 stars. Don't believe them, they are false. Read all the reviews first before renting in this condo.

This is real deal a lie. None of the apartments in that area look like that. All Refrigerators are old and not up to date. It looks like some areas are carpet in the picture. not true. I get it the furniture of course is a prop but the whole entire image is a lie. View the apartment you would see what I'm talking about. The asking price does not go with the apt. The Maintenace sucks. The before owner's did more work than the new owners. Because of the false images i give this apt 1 star the only thing they have right is the color of the apt. However, if I'm not mistaken, they are changing the color.

This condominium is horrible

They offered me a month free via email then rescinded their offer. They don’t respond to emails. You need a 800+ credit score to qualify for their “promo”
