HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE 0/10 ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE!

Problem was handled quickly and completely.

It is a nice and quiet place. I would like to live and work there always with friendly and cordial staff.

Current resident, I’m so fed up with this place…they sell you a dream and fail to mention someone committed suicide in your building and that a toddler drowned in the pool which is why they have been closed for so long. There is a massive roach infestation….i moved my jacket from the hanger by the front door to go to my car in the rain and there was a whole colony of roaches behind it… I can’t wait to move out. Me and my boyfriend are depressed to come back to this place daily..the roaches are in my couch in my room in my bed.. I sleep with earplugs because im scared they will crawl into my ears. They claim to have pest control come in but no one ever leaves notice of being in my Home when I’m not there leading me to believe 1 they aren’t coming or 2 they aren’t revealing when they enter my apartment when I’m not there like they are supposed to. I check all places that should be sprayed when they allegedly come in and there is no evidence that anyone sprayed. My advice..run run as fast as you can away from this place…there’s a reason they are dropping my rent by hundreds of dollars to renew my lease. They are desperate for money. The portal used to pay rent stopped allowing you to split payments so I’ve been forced to give my boyfriend cash and he forgot to enter that payment on the app and they threatened to evict us in 3 days..3 days. After we have always made our payments early. The people that run this place disgust me.. and I dare them to come to me apartment 14 530..maybe this will get you to come. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM DO NOT COME

I’ve been living here since April 2024 and compared to where I was in Miami- Dade this has been a great change of scenery and its very peaceful environment. Really happy to be a resident here, also their staff is very friendly Armonica is the best.

I recently move out of the Amberstone Apts after 2+ years. The 1st 2 years I said daily how much I despised live there. Both Mgt. Co. were a joke as if the fact there were 2 different ones in a years time wasn't evidence enough. Again,  the bldg was sold for the 3rd time and another Company took over. Since Woodward Properties took over,  the difference is AMAZING!! They actually take pride in the property and have made multiple improvements!! Marines, et al in the office are extremely helpful and honest! Neither of the previous owners gave a $hit!! Worth your time to take a look!!

I have lived here for several years and the management is new, it is very good, for any maintenance service that I have requested, they have attended to it as soon as possible and with great professionalism, I am very happy with them

Came same day I called. Fixed my window screens. Thank you Maintenance Man. He was polite and efficient.
