Gallery Art Condominium Association

I’ve been living at gallery art for 7 months now. Richard made the transition really easy for me as he is always so welcoming and helpful. Since day 1, he’s remembered my name and been so personable. He genuinely wants to make sure you’re taken care of. He’s professional, attentive, and caring. I am grateful that he is a part of the gallery art team :)

Been living at Gallery Art over 10 years and I can finally say what an amazing front desk team we have.  Richard, Brenda and Ed are great they are very attentive and hospitable! Nice to be greeted each day from this team!

I've lived here for five years, and I couldn’t be happier with the condo association and management team! The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. A special shout-out to Richard at the front desk – he’s always friendly, helpful, and makes everyone feel welcome. It’s truly been a great experience, and I’m so glad to call this place home!

If I could give it no stars I would.  There's a front desk guy named Richard who is a real tool.  Deliberately had a new employee put me in an elevator that he knew wouldn't stop on the floor I wanted.  I'm glad I'm not a tenant in this building. I was there merely to drop off an envelope to one of their tenants but this is the second run in with this guy who claims I didn't "check in" before I headed the the elevator, which is completely untrue. He's clearly on some sort of power trip and likes to play games. You could tell from the smug look on his face.  I can only imagine what it's like for tenants there. I've heard many feel harassed.  If I have another encounter and feel harassed and uncomfortable the next time I enter that building I will be filing an official complaint with the state and their condo association.

Being a real estate agent myself, I work with a lot of different buildings staff and managers. The people that work at Gallery Art, led by their manager, go above and beyond to take care of their residents. Gallery Art is truly one of the best managed buildings in all of Edgewater/Downtown. Management is responsive, and usually available to help. The front desk people are kind and knowledgeable. The building is always clean and any issues that arise are taken care of promptly. For anyone considering moving here, I highly recommend it.

I’ve been living at this condominium for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service here is outstanding. Every staff member is attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything Miami has to offer. The management team is excellent as well; they are responsive, efficient, and truly care about the residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top notch living experience in Miami :)

I’ve been a resident for 2 years and the community manager Daniela is always helpful and responsive. The front desk team is friendly and welcoming. Richard is the best!
