Awfully rude woman on reception. It’s a shame to keep workers like that. If she is a face on management company I can imagine how useless they are.

Great community with a wonderful property manager and front desk staff! The views of the bay are wonderful if you have a unit with a view. So many necessities in walking distance, and sometimes the community offers a food truck in the parking lot for even more convenience for residents! Love it here.

Great management, amazing views if facing north (lines ending in 04 for example) and awesome location

REALLY ANNOYING PLACE TO LIVE. If you get the right unit you’ll have an amazing view. But the HOA/admin team that manages the building regularly harasses tenants for the most innocuous things. I’ve been renting apartments for the past 10 years and have never had as many issues as I’ve had with this place. They make it obvious that they intentionally look for the most minor things to fine you for while neglecting maintenance of basic amenities like a hot tub. I’ve been here for 6 months and the hot tub has been broken since I moved in. Living here feels like you’re put under a microscope and analyzed for any moment you step out of line so they can fine you. Seriously can’t wait to move out.

Very very nice apartments

So I don't usually write reviews but I had to write about this one. I got approved to move into this apartment at the end of the month after being requested to put an additional security deposit down that was well over 3 months rent because of my credit which was no problem but when my agent requested they fix a few things that were not in order in the apartment and that I see the apartment before I move in they said no. They didn't want to fix the issues that the last tenant messed up and they denied met viewing of the apartment before I moved in. terrible service, rude staff, and unproffesional conduct. I was willing to pay more than needed for this apartment because they required I do so and they couldn't spend the little 100 dollars to touch up the apartment. I would never recommend these apartment to anyone, they are not worth it.
