ID Flagler Village Apartments

Have been very hesitant to write this review and we’ve been very patient and have also given the leasing team constructive criticism and nothing has improved. We moved into a NIGHTMARE. Our home was not cleaned, and we’ve had more maintenance issues than we can count. Not to mention our roof has been leaking since we moved in (still has not been fixed, yet have had someone come out 6 times now.) We had extremely severe case of subterranean termites per Terminx. Our washer was broken for two weeks, our dishwasher was broken for a week, broken tile, the doors don’t lock, there was no hot water… the list goes ON and ON. The leasing company is horrible and truly do not care. They give you the typical “customer service” response time and time again. This property could have so much potential.

I really don’t like having to write these kind of negative reviews but living at ID was far from a pleasant and smooth experience. Management was disorganized and inattentive (side note: they charged us 3 admin fees thinking we would not notice and it was a mess to get the 2 overcharges reversed), neighborhood is unsafe and a lot of criminal activity going on, if you have more than 2 cars or you have guests visiting there is no guest parking or any spots for additional vehicles, and we did not have a working dishwasher for the entire last month of our lease despite multiple requests for it to be fixed. I could go a lot further with the issues, but I will just hope for the future that ID significantly improves their professionalism and management.

Great community , townhouse are spacious, and staff is awesome. I highly recommend

We made an appointment to view the available units 2 days ago for today at 4pm and I took off early from business in miami to come see them and no one showed up. We waited and called multiple times no one has answered the phone or called us back. If this is how they are to get our business imagine when you move in and have maintenance issues.

The fact that you expect people to pay $3000+ for an apartment off sistrunk Blvd is disrespectful.

This place is a joke and the pricing structure is unreal Your team is the reason for the ridiculous prices in south florida. I wish your entire organization would have a total understanding of economy. Your team ruined Ft lauderdales entire plan for that area

Nobody asked for you to plop luxury apartments in the middle of a local area. All you did was raise the rent for everyone else. Pushing out locals. Shame on you. 3k 1/1 with no amenities. Great job. Millionaires ruining south Florida.

This place is beautiful! Spacious and modern and the location is the best!
