If you want to have some peace and quiet this is the least suitable community to live in, the neighbors think they live alone with no one around them, loud music in the patios every weekend until the wee hours of the morning. Supposedly the windows are impact windows but the cheapest on the market, all the noises are felt from the outside, they sell it to you as the best of the best. Wall to wall neighbors feel everything, from the alarm clock when it rings in the morning, to dragging a chair, to when they talk and countless things, it is incredible to buy for more than half a million dollars and have these things happen, but this helps of experience for the future, THINK WELL IF YOU ARE WILLING TO GO THROUGH ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND SITUATIONS.

Terrible organization The trash containers are always full and in bad conditions
Dog waste everywhere
No proper public lights.
The pool has been in construction for over a year and a half.
And the tow company always takes away cars, even in the guest spots they’ll take away your car.
File a complain and call the association, I’ll take months for a proper response.
Awful experience!!!!

If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t buy from Lennar. Very rushed poor material and contractors. My house has been falling apart since I moved in I wish I could take it all back. No pet stations for as much as people live here and dogs and don’t let me get started on the trash. Just so much trash and rats running around because of this in the area. I truly regret it all…

It is beautiful, for me it is perfect, we bought everything super fast, super responsible and attentive and the place is a dream come true thank God peace and relaxation thank you Lennar

Careful about moving in soon - Lennar has prioritized selling houses rather than ensuring it’s a proper neighborhood first. Trash is pretty much everywhere. No pet stations. If you email them, they pass the ball to HOA and HOA doesn’t have answers either.
