As a former resident, I had unfortunate experience of residing at here and I must say, it was not what I expected. Despite a few positive aspects, the overall living conditions and management left much to be desired. HOA poor communication skills were evident throughout my stay. Their indifference towards residents' concerns were major drawbacks. They don't inform residents of any upcoming inspections. Bulletin boards have notices from 2019 as you can see from the photo.
The dog stations at the complex were consistently overcrowded and poorly maintained. They were often out of supplies, which made it challenging for pet owners to clean up after their dogs properly. This negligence created an unsanitary environment and posed a health risk for both residents and pets.
Despite promises, the parking validation stickers were never implemented. As a result, commercial vehicles frequently occupied the parking spaces meant for residents. This lack of enforcement led to limited parking availability and inconvenience for those who lived in the complex. One of the most frustrating aspects of living in this apartment complex was the lack of proactive maintenance. If any items were missing or required attention, residents had to repeatedly report the issues before any action was taken. The presence of mosquitoes in the balconies was a constant annoyance. These infestations made it challenging to enjoy outdoor spaces and exposed residents to potential health risks.
The apartments in this complex suffer from a severe lack of natural light.
On a positive note, the complex does offer some redeeming qualities. The presence of wildlife adds a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings, and the amenities provided are decent. However, considering the numerous drawbacks, I would strongly advise potential renters to explore other apartment or condos to live at.
